National Presentations (some presentations may be in national languages)

These slides were part of a larger presentation on where Dementia teams stand today, the results of projects evaluating Dementia teams and a presentation of projects involving the teams.  It introduces the aims of the Actifcare project to a Norwegian audience, presents the project methodology, and outlines participant recruitment for the focus groups and the cohort study in Norway. It ends with the hypothesis that Dementia teams improve access to formal care.
